Rowan Atkinson in this insignificant James Bond spoof does not equal his performances as Mr. Bean or Black Adder. Being incompetent isn't quite enough of a joke to be the whole joke.

For my tastes Johnny English was far less repulsive than Austin Powers one & two. It was even a little funnier, but still no laugh riot.
